We endeavour to present the most recent, most accurate, and most reliable information on our website at all times. However, there may be occasions when some of the information featured on alasia.life may contain incomplete data, typographical errors, or inaccuracies. Any errors are wholly unintentional and we apologise if erroneous information is reflected in merchandise price, item availability, or in any way affects your individual order. Please be aware that we present our content ‘as is’ and make no claims to its accuracy, either expressed or implied. We reserve the right to amend errors or to update product information at any time without prior notice. In the event a Alasia Lifestyle product is listed at an incorrect price due to photographical error, typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, Alasia Lifestyle shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Alasia Lifestyle shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and you have been charged. If your credit card or account has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Alasia Lifestyle shall issue a credit to you in the amount of the incorrect price.
Please understand that all of our featured items are made-to-order and subject to availability, stock cannot always be refreshed. That means once an item is gone, it may be gone for good and not appear on the website again. When an item featured on alasia.life is no longer in stock, we make every attempt to remove that item from the website in a timely manner.
Our European website displays pricing in EURO. The actual prices charged will be shown in EURO during the checkout process.
Alasia Lifestyle offers all the necessary information of the products displayed on its website, price, size conversions and measurements, leather quality, delivery cost, VAT and payments method.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, due to variations in monitor display, we cannot guarantee that your display of colour will be accurate. Vegetable dyed leather differs from season to season, please do not consider this to be a fault with our products. We always make an effort to use the best materials responsibly sourced from tanneries in Greece and Italy.
You will receive an order confirmation number at the conclusion of your order process as well as an email that states your order number and an approximate order total. To check the status of your order, you can contact us at anytime, with your order number.
Please allow between 15 - 20 days for the products to be made as they are all made-to-order, unless otherwise stated. You will receive a confirmation emails with your tracking number once your products has been sent. Should any unforeseen delay occur, you will be notified within 5 days of placing your order. After being shipped, your order will be delivered in 4-10 working days, through international mail. Alasia Lifestyle will send you an email with the tracking number.
Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time, we cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control, due to the Post Office delays or items lost by local postal services. This is why we send tracked post only.
Please be aware that customers are responsible for payment of any local customs duties.
Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please let us know so we can take care of you. Custom orders and sale items are final and non refundable.
When you buy something from us, we hope you love it. However, should you change your mind (it happens to the best of us), you can return your purchase, for store credit, by post within 14 days after email communication has been made. Be sure to return your items in their original condition, along with the packaging and please attach the receipt with it too. This right of exchange or return is in addition to your legal rights as a consumer which is unaffected. You can either claim store credit or an exchange.
Should you wish to exchange an item, please contact us by email at: email@example.com. You will be obliged to the shipping expenses of the return, but not pay shipping for your exchanged replacement. Please note that we can only exchange an item at its original condition.
Returns by post
You should send your package using a secure or traceable method and keep your proof of postage. In order to value your return or exchange request, you need to inform us by email at: firstname.lastname@example.org before posting the goods.
Please enclose a letter with the return reason, detailing each item, quantity, and why you are sending the item(s) back.

Processing your refunds
We will email you to let you know when your refund has been processed. Most returns will process in approximately 1-2 weeks although, on occasion, some returns may take up to 28 days to be processed. Your refund will be credited back to your Paypal account, as the payment was made. Our delivery charges are non-refundable, and Alasia Lifestyle is not responsible for delivery fees, any local customs duties or lost returns.
